How it works.

Three screens, then you are running a plan.

1

Answer a few questions

Get an honest read on your habit.

The dependence score screen showing a score of 7.0 out of 10 marked High, with a taper curve of pouches per day sloping down to a quit date.
2

Get your taper

A daily allowance that steps down to a date.

The plan screen: a pouches per day chart stepping down to zero, a nicotine-free date, the plan length, and the allowance for today.
3

Log, and lean on SOS

One tap to log. Four tools for when a craving hits.

The SOS screen headed Craving hitting? Let's get through it, listing four tools: Breathe, Ride it out, Distract and Remember why.

Built for the hard part.

Not the day you decide. The Tuesday afternoon three weeks in.

A setback is not a reset

Log the slip and carry on the same day. Your streak takes the hit, your plan does not go back to zero, and nothing in the app lectures you about it.

One over-cap day. The taper keeps going.

Cravings, handled in 90 seconds

An urge timer, box breathing, a distraction and your own reasons. Four ways through the next two minutes.

The Ride it out urge timer counting down from 79 seconds, with the line: you're not resisting forever, just this one urge, right now.

See it add up

Money saved, urges beaten, pouches per day trending down. The proof you are actually doing this, on one screen.

The Progress screen with tiles for an 11 day streak, 8 dollars 07 saved and 3 urges beaten, above a body graphic and the line 36 mg a day, down from 72 when you started.

On your Home Screen

Today's count and your allowance at a glance. Tap the widget to log without opening the app.

An iPhone Home Screen with two PouchWise widgets showing the day of the plan, 3 of 6 logged, an 11 day streak and a Log a pouch button.

The fun part

Something to open
every few days.

Thirty slots across your plan. Every step earns a statue sticker, and every third one is a chest you open. Save the ones you like straight to your sticker drawer.

A chest unlocked screen on day 10 with a gold chest and an Open button.
Every third slot is a chest.
An epic reward reveal: a winged statue sticker called The Victor on a violet glow, added to the collection.
Some of them are rare.

They fill a collection.

From people using it.

It's nice, I've been able to go into the app every day and spin the case opening thing to get cool stickers and quotes. Small attention to detail :)

Your quit is your business.

There is no sign-up and no account. Your logs live on your phone, not in someone's database. Reminders only happen if you ask for them, and you can turn the analytics off from Settings.

Questions.

The ones people ask before they download.

Do I have to go cold turkey?

No, and that is the whole point. PouchWise gives you a daily allowance that steps down week by week, so you come off at a pace you can actually hold. If you do want to stop at once, there is a short three-day option instead.

How long does the plan take?

Weeks, not months. The length is sized to your habit rather than fixed, so a lighter habit gets a shorter plan and a heavier one gets more room. Typically it lands somewhere between two and six weeks, and you see the exact quit date before you start.

What happens if I slip?

You log it and keep going. A slip does not wipe your progress or restart your plan. The app records it, adjusts, and carries on from the same day. Most people who quit have slipped at least once.

What does it cost?

PouchWise offers a weekly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app, in your own currency, before you pay anything.

Is this medical advice?

No. PouchWise is a self-help tool: a plan, a log and some things to do when a craving hits. It does not diagnose or treat anything. If you want clinical support alongside it, talk to a doctor or a local stop-smoking service.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet. PouchWise is iPhone only for now.

Day 1 can be today.

Answer a few questions, see your quit date, and log the first one.
